    The Actors Studio CoursesThe Actors Studio Australia professional technique classes offer an in-depth, practical exploration of the actor's craft via our powerful process of working from a place of inner truth. Our training program combines a unique cocktail of techniques from Sanford Meisner (The Meisner Technique), Lee Strasberg (The Method) and Constantin Stanislavsky to deepen and enhance the actor's emotional connection to his or her work.   

    Students learn to identify the key elements of human communication and build a powerful toolbox of skills in creating work that is immediate, honest and grounded. Our dynamic technique teaches actors to create from the inside out; to work from a starting point of intention & meaning, rather than "technical form"; to fill their work with a vital element of personal truth; to connect and interact with other actors on a deep, intimate level; and to create work that is edgy, real & dynamic while simultaneously satisfying the technical requirements of professional work for stage and screen.
